CCI

cci
French Riviera Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The French Riviera Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a stakeholder and operator committed to developing and promoting the French Riviera and its companies, has 4 main activities:

Economic observation, analysis and communication enabling economic actors and companies to take informed and appropriate decisions.

Coordination and support services provided by teams of specialists to increase the performance of French Riviera companies and facilitate the exchange and adoption of best practices.

These services include support necessary for local and international development, and specific programmes aimed at improving retail, and helping industrial and innovative companies become more competitive. Most of the programmes are set up in collaboration with local actors.

Training and education at the service of local companies. The French Riviera Chamber of Commerce and Industry has set up and manages schools, for example, the International School of Nice, as well as specific apprenticeship programmes and institutes like the Aeronautics Training Institute, the Automobile Training Institute and the Health and Pharmaceutical Training Institute.

Management of facilities and affiliates: The CCI helps to increase the attractiveness of the region through the management of the ports of Nice, Villefranche, Cannes, Golfe Juan, and as a shareholder in the French Riviera airports of Nice and Cannes – Mandelieu, as well as by offering a range of services to its clients (cruising, yachting, tourism activities, logistic activities…)

A connected CCI, providing e-services for businesses

A new policy of proximity requires the use of new communication technologies: the French Riviera CCI’s e-services development plan is already underway and "e-proximity" is becoming a reality. In addition to the French Riviera ECOBIZ platform, made up of 8,800 member companies and more than 10000 members, the CCI and its partners have launched edrh06.com, a site designed to encourage the recruitment and sharing of needs in human resources management. The CCI has also launched guidedulogement06.com with its partners to provide information and to facilitate access to housing for workers on the French Riviera. Another e-service provided by the CCI concerns the sale and takeover of companies.
