SAME 2007 Forum was a great success and has become a major European event open to all professionals within the micro-electronics sector and took place in the heart of the Science and Technology Park of Sophia Antipolis, South of France.

  The Awards for the SAME Forum 2007:
    • The Best Paper Award:
A 1.2 V 16 MHz Phase-Domain Analog–to–Digital Converter : Martin Kucera, Thierry Melly – (CSEM) – (Session6 – Mixed Signal).
The Best Paper Award is a work in hand blown glass by an artist from Biot (Nicolas Laty).


• The Best Start-up Award: in recognition of the best start-up. Ansyn, Suède.

• The Best Poster Award::
Validation and Optimization of Multi-Standard Transceiver :B. Nicolle, A. Lewicki, - LEAT, UMR CNRS-UNSA (Poster 2).

• The Best Poster Award:
Wireless Universal Serial Bus Physical Layer: Anne-Claire Berger, Frédéric Boeuf, Michaela Toniolo – Polytech’ Nice-Sophia Christophe Gautier – Texas Instruments.

• Sponsors: 23 companies contributed to the organization of the SAME 2007 Forum.

• Exhibition: 47 exhibitors.

4 from the PACA region excluding Alpes-Maritimes,

And 5 partners’ booths : 3 from the PACA region and 2 from abroad (Belgium and Great Britain).

The National & International Press Review is now on-line.

  SAME 2007 : Partnership with the charity association "Rencontres Africaines" and the Lenval Foundation.
    The donation (11 900 €) will participate to finance one or more on-site surgery missions in Mauritania, where operations will be performed on children suffering from malformations from birth or other complaints…
This mission will be handled by teams of specialists from the LENVAL hospital in Nice.
